Trolwud

Trolwud is a forested region in northern Hestellend. The name of the forest and the region itself are synonymous and little distinction is made between them. Trolwud is the ancestral homeland of the Chammaktrol and Ghailthoc trolls, though now mostly Chammaktrol live there.

There are no known cities in Trolwud—at least permanent settlements. Explorers have noted transient villages that may be used for some time, but are then abandoned to decay into the forest once again.
