Kestemyr

Kestemyr is a land in western Medoruul. It is the land of the Kverlige, a group of elves who settled the region in the name of equality, though its cities are open to anyone. Kestemyr is sometimes known as Rafirre, an ancient name for the region.

Garathiin was once a modest coastal town, a burgeoning trading hub between Kestemyr, Kisra, Miraalys, and Ryn. When the Rynean Empire fell, many survivors fled to Garathiin, easily tripling its population—and transforming the settlement over the course of weeks. The city has since fallen under the protection of Kestemyr, though it operates autonomously.
