Aldheor is the dwarven philosophy or religion of ancestor remembrance. For some Aldheorans, it is a simple philosophy where one seeks wisdom from their ancestor's words or deeds. For others, it can include veneration and worship of the dead. A third path may include mystical study, including the search for a progenitor dwarf.
The most prevalent Aldheoran symbols are a hammer, a pick, or both combined as a single tool. Some adherents may prefer motifs related to their ancestor or ancestors instead. There are no temples of Aldheor, although there are lodges located near the libraries of Clovenhorn in Cullodh, Gellem in Westbare, Gyldas and Naef in Senthe, Thannescombe in Loril, and Timbria in Burhi.

Aldheorans can be of any alignment and are almost exclusively dwarves. This philosophy or religion is particularly appropriate for clerics (Forge, Grave, Knowledge, Order, and War domains) and paladins (oaths of Devotion, Glory, and the Crown) whose ancestor has become a deity.
